I would recommend this course to others because it provides managers with the necessary tools to make key decisions. The part of the program I found most valuable, was the various strategies and techniques I can use to reduce delinquent accounts. The course was delivered in a very clear and precise manner.  The instructor used lots of real-life examples, and augmented the concepts through the use of videos.
