HOTEL MAINTENANCE & REPAIR PROCEDURES
All parts of the program were informative, especially in the areas of health and safety operations. There are changes and improvement one should make and maintain to achieve quality service. This type of training should be ongoing, and not just periodical. The instructor was informative and very competent with imparting his knowledge.
