What I liked about this course was that the instructor made sure each section was easily understood by the group before he moved on to a new topic.  I learned the importance of providing great customer service, and will be better able to deal with situations that occur on the job.

In this course, the instructor introduced me to several leadership styles of managers.  This was an eye-opener for me which will help me to become more aware of my own leadership style as it applies to different work situations. 

The instructor’s communication style is excellent. I wish the course was longer and would like to attend other training courses taught by him.
